CMC is made from natural coniferous wood pulp fibers, through alkalization, etherification, purification, drying, crushing or granulating process to made anionic cellulose ether.


APPLICATION

CMC can be used in oil drilling as the mud stabilizer and water-holding agent to protect the oil well. 

CMC is a cost effective additive used to reduce API filtration rate of many water based drilling fluids from freshwater to saturate saltwater. .
